1. Acceptance of conditions

14. Applicable law & jurisdiction

The present Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of W Platform's registered office, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory rules of jurisdiction.

15. Miscellaneous provisions

• Independence of clauses If one of the provisions is deemed invalid, the others remain in force.
• No waiver W Platform's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Proof W Platform's computer records (logs, statistics) are deemed authentic between the parties.

16. Entry into force

The present Terms come into force on the date they are posted online and apply for the entire duration of use of the Site.
