On August 19, the W Platform team proudly launched CO2 BIO, its platform for the purchase and resale of biogenic CO2: http://plateforme.co2bio.fr Supported by the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bordeaux (CIVB), this initiative was born of the observation of its two co-founders: many winegrowers, equipped with CO2 capture systems, [...].

With global warming, higher temperatures mean higher alcohol levels in wines. Grapes, richer in sugar at harvest time, produce higher-alcohol wines.
