About us

W Platform's mission is to design and implement systems for the treatment and recovery of gaseous effluents, and in particular the capture and treatment of CO2 from fermentative sources, whether from viticulture, brewing or methanization, to enable their reuse in a circular economy.

The origins

W Platform is a company founded in 2021 by Jean-Philippe Ricard and Matthieu Planté. These two entrepreneurs combine their experience and skills to develop new offerings for the wine, brewing, agricultural and industrial sectors. Their wish is to promote respect for the environment, the implementation of circular economies, but also to embrace new digital technologies to optimize productivity.

W Platform : Why?

Towards a circular economy

W Platform transforms environmental challenges into opportunities by recovering CO2 from fermentation. Our solutions promote more sustainable development, based on a circular economy approach.

Towards resource protection

Our aim is to limit the environmental impact of our various activities. Our solutions help to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere.

Towards a smaller carbon footprint

By capturing and valorizing fermentative CO2, W Platform enables winemakers and brewers to reduce their water consumption and eliminate their purchases of fossil-based CO2. We also advise manufacturers on the sourcing of bio-based chemical compounds, thereby helping to protect resources.
