Description :
Prestigious wine estate located in Pauillac, in the Médoc region, renowned for its elegant red wines.
Customer objective:
capture CO2 It is then compressed and liquefied for reuse as an inerting gas or carbo ice. But we also guarantee the safety of our personnel by complying with CO2 concentration limits in the winery.
Solution deployed :
- a capture network to recover this CO2 for internal use.
- a CO2 Box to analyze the CO2 and process it before sending it to the compressor.
- a CO2 distribution network to transport CO2 from the compressor to the rack of storage cylinders, then to a blunderbuss or pelletizer to produce dry ice or snow.
- 10L bottles that can be refilled by operators to reuse CO2 during the harvest to inert vats and protect wine from oxidation.
- installation of wireless ambient CO2 sensors with control application, automatic alerts (sms, e-mail), CO2 threshold settings, integration with air extraction systems.

Champagne Drappier House
Description :
Based in Urville, annual production 15,000 HL of champagne / year.
Customer objective:
installation of a capture network on 18 new tanks (118 to 138HL) following the extension of the existing winery, to ensure the safety of its personnel but also with an environmental focus
Solution deployed :
- a three-bay capture network to recover this CO2 for internal use.
- a CO2 Box for CO2 analysis and processing, to be sent to the thermal room where the compressor is located.
- a CO2 distribution network to route CO2 from the compressor to 4 50L storage cylinders connected in series.
- 10L bottles that can be refilled by operators to reuse CO2 during the harvest to inert vats and protect wine from oxidation.
