Water gasification system

"A system for gasifying water with CO2 to reduce water consumption in wineries and breweries for rinsing tanks and floors. Injecting this mobile or wall-mounted equipment both acidifies the water, lowering its pH to between 5 and 6, and increases its wetting properties. These two phenomena significantly reduce water consumption, which can vary from 15 to 50%. The greatest savings are achieved when rinsing tanks or fermenters rinsed with soda (a basic solution), as the Ph of the carbonated water neutralizes the Ph of the soda twice as quickly.
