Founded in 1996, Brasserie Sainte-Colombe is a Breton craft brewery, renowned for its quality craft beers.

Customer objective:

100% autonomy from an external CO2 and respect for the environment. Packaging and filling of CO2 for shooters.

Solution deployed :

  • Installation of a CO2 Box for CO2 processing and a compressor with a maximum compression capacity of 5 m3 / hour and around 160 kg / day.
  • Purchase of a rack of 12 x 50 L bottles, total capacity 432 kg and purchase of 10 x 10 L bottles
  • Installation of a shelter by the brewery and construction of a mobile, combined effluent supply network at the beginning of the project.

Description :

Founded in 2017 by Vincent in Bordeaux embodies a passion for craft beer. It's a young team driven by the desire to create authentic, innovative brews that are accessible to everyone, both in taste and price. People are at the heart of their philosophy.

Customer objective:

Reduced carbon footprint, autonomy at 100% in CO2 via reuse of CO2 issued, and lower purchasing costs.

Solution deployed :

  • a designated upstream capture network to recover CO2 from 10 fermenters (a total of 5,000HL), with the eventual aim of capturing CO2 from 12 fermenters (10,000HL)
  • installation of the network by AARC, a Bordeaux-based company, supply of bonding valves to manage pressure and channel the CO2 output to the network
  • CO2 Box and compressor (150Kg/d capacity)
  • a storage rack for 12 x 50L bottles
