Customer objective:

Self-sufficiency of 100% with respect to an external CO supplier2 and respect for the environment. Packaging and filling of CO2 bottles2 for shooters.

Solution deployed:

  • Installation of a CO2 Box for CO2 treatment and a compressor with a maximum compression capacity of 5 m3/hour and approximately 160 kg/day.
  • Purchase of a rack of 12 x 50 L bottles, total capacity of 432 kg, and purchase of 10 x 10 L bottles
  • Installation of a shelter by the Brewery and creation of the supply network for mobile and unitary effluents at the beginning

Reducing the carbon footprint, CO autonomy at 100%2 through CO reuse2 issued, and reduced purchasing costs.

Solution deployed:

  • An upstream capture network designated to recover CO2 from 10 fermenters (5000HL total), with a future project to capture from 12 fermenters (10,000HL).
  • Installation of the network by Bordeaux-based company AARC, supply of connectors to manage pressure, and channeling of CO2 output to the network
  • A CO2 box and a compressor (150 kg/day capacity)
  • a storage rack for 12 x 50L bottles
